Well!! Your newsletter was chock-full of ideas, inspiration... And such infectious enthusiasm! Makes me wish I were more adept at textiles but as you know, me trying to do anything beyond knitting straight rows or using anything bigger than my wee hand loom is like trying to feed counterfeit coins into a toll booth 😉😉
While I can appreciate the time and effort your newsletters require, I do look forward to the next edition. And seeing you in person again... And soon!
The only trick is to keep trying, Rozzie! I see quilts in your future... We can set up a nice craft room for you in your next home. Your second sock is 1/3 finished - it'll be done when I see you next!
I am looking for a designer that has worked with doubleweave tubes. I would like to have a draft/pattern that includes anything other than just plain weave. I am using a Schacht Cricket Quartet loom.
I always get so excited to see your newsletters in my inbox, they are so beautiful and thoughtful. This time, it was a sweet surprise to see my version of your pouch in use! Now I'm off to check out all your links! xo
Thanks Vivian! To be honest, I make it sound like I use my other pouch, but I pretty much only carry yours around!! Please go ahead and post about them if you want - our magazines should be arriving soon :)

Having you help set up a craft room would be like getting watercolour lessons by Monet! ❣️
Your newsletters are so beautiful and such a relaxing joy to read! And I’m totally swooning over those pouches.
Thank you Christine! It was nice to see a halvdrall pillow designed by you in my Gist email today :)
Thanks for another wonderful newsletter Amanda!

Hi Paula,
I haven't done doubleweave tubes in twill or other structures before, but I'm sure there's lots of resources at your library (public or guild). I know I've seen this ebook from Interweave before and it had a (flat) but twill doubleweave project. https://shop.longthreadmedia.com/products/best-of-handwoven-doubleweave-doublewidth
